It was by a contact with my very dear old friend, Jay Madan, who introduce me to Sachin Chandawarkar who apprised me about EB-5 project of Smashotel.

Since this a big step in my life I was more than cautious and made many inquiries about the project. I was introduced to Jessica Carrillo of Smashotels.

I sent my cousin brother who lives in Wisconsin to verify the project credentials and Scott and Jessica informed all about the project and also took them to the project sight. My brother was very pleased and told me to go ahead.

During the application and waiting time, I received superb cooperation from Jessica and Scott. On my one visit to Chicago they were kind enough to take of my visit and also to take me through the project progress.

The live feed made us very comfortable that the work is going on when we are thousands of miles away.

Now I have the I-526 approved from Smashotel project and cannot thank enough to Jessica for the wonderful coordination she did during the process. I am more than confident that Smashotel will treat all investors, present or future, with same level of service.
