Low Financial Leverage and Substantial Developer Equity Protects EB-5 Investor Capital

GO EB-5 RC is expected to loan the EB-5 funds into the new project. The new project will be capitalized with substantial developer equity and a very low leverage construction loan. The low leverage allows the Sponsor to easily refinance and repay the EB-5 Loan.
